Liberty ‘Wild Meadow’ tana lawn fabric was an immediate and obvious choice for me to use as a design.  It was the first Liberty fabric I chose to use and is still a firm favourite.  A little like the chinoiseries, the fluidity of the print works seamlessly with the contours of a skull.  Straight lines are a no go!

I love that the gothic element of this piece is softenend by the whimsical florals.  “Creepy, yet not creepy”  as one customer deftly put it!

This delicate print of native flowers features graceful pastels, pops of bright fuscia and bold greens on a soft white background. It would not look out of place in any neutral and calming interior.  It gives off a completely different energy to the likes of Velveteen, but still adds a sophisticated, yet playful element to your home decor.  As with each piece, gold accents are added to the antlers to enhance their natural beauty.

Wild Meadow will look equally charming on the wall, or propped up on a surface.  Play around with locations as you might be surprised just how versatile he can be!

Finished with a keyhole wall fixing and a navy wax stamp of authenticity, he’s available as the larger full skull pictured, or a smaller capped half skull here.
