Hi, If you decide that you do not totally love your antlers then I will be happy to refund you.

To be eligible for a return, your antlers must be in the original packaging and returned in the same condition that you received them.

Gift cards are non refundable.

Refunds

Once your antlers are received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received them and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note, sales items (unless faulty) are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your antlers then please contact me.  A postal charge will apply on the replacement set.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product (tracked and insured) to: An Cluaran, Croy, Inverness, IV2 5PG

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
